@NoBoDe It was good to chat tonight and hear you in such a positive frame of mind!!!

I just had another long chat on the phone with 'Bill' (piano tuner) trying to play me a new composition which sounded dreadful over the phone - but then we talked about flying - - and I thought you might be interested too!:

He has a 'real' pilot's licence, but he also has a flight simulator which he 'plays' from time to time. Tonight, whilst talking to me his 'plane' was flying above the Atlantic Ocean. Apparently they only cost about $200 and come with an instructor who is very good - and you can learn to fly - but you can just set departure and arrival points and allow the plane to take you - and the program comes with full vision of the area you are flying over. Most of that information is in the 'cloud' so it does not need a powerful computer.

I can imagine you would love that - if you like I can organise it for you? but you must be willing to sit by your computer - or maybe even get a lap top which you can use anywhere, not just in the computer room?
I toyed with the idea for myself but realised I already have enough distractions
