Mesoblast have a US patent granted on Composition of Matter that encompasses all types of Mesenchymal Cells , regardless of type, including InducedPluripotent, which lasts until 2032 with extensions out to 2037

Now I write this to you because I understand that you are a person that can be logical (I tag @Pledge also because he can be logical and he has a good BS detector which he tends to apply in every direction including towards me and including towards otherperspective).

Whether a patent is merely applied for or granted in the United States is not a matter of opinion it is a matter of fact. You, pledge, anybody reading this can see otherperspective asserted the existence of a granted patent. But I found so far only an applied for patent.

So the question is - to otherperspective or to anyone that cares about the distinction between a granted patent or a merely applied for one, which I would suppose is about a clear a distinction as a granted BLA or a merely applied for one, is what is true?

It is not necessary to trust anyone here it is only necessary to investigate whether the patent application I linked to is actually the same one otherperspective mistakenly took for granted, or whether I am mistaken that it is merely applied for and not granted - but in any case that is completely determineable by using the internet and checking the patent office.

Cheering the evasion of a matter of fact question must dumb down discussion aimed at discovery of the truth. If basic facts like is a patent granted or not in the US, is otherperspectives statement which doesn't specify any particular reference actually has a true reference can't be agreed on here then its pretty hopeless to expect common sense in any form to have a chance here either.

When LED appeals to common sense such an appeal if every meaningful elsewhere is not validly appealed to in a forum where what is common sense is determined on the like button count irrespective of whether it is factually true or not.
