WHe pass mark is 75% for renum, so in actual fact they only just squeezed in by the skin of their teeth, and a second strike was a very real possibility.
A question to ask yourself might possibly be, without the dilution from the CR just prior, would they have managed to survive the second strike?
This should imv be illuminating for investors.
