As I said, TV news showed leaders posing for this photo - with Tim next to Gillard, middle, in a suit, which immediately struck me as highly inappropriate. We see this "local shirt" pose as the norm with all these o/seas talkfests and leaders. Someone saying this has been mentioned on the "Insiders". I assure you I did not imagine it.
