However, before you set off on your journey, you should take note that the DBNGP runs parallel to the PGP for all of the latter's length. The DBNGP has a Firm Full Haul Capacity more than ten times greater, somewhere around 800 Tj per day, though it usually achieves over 1,000 Tj per day. It is at least a possibility that in the short term 'we' could pick up a tiny fraction of that massive throughput to achieve 'our' processor's nameplate capacity and run it south using the spare capacity in the PGP.
I am sorry, but I don't understand one bit of what you are saying. If this is something "we all know", it has certainly escaped me.
