The raise is $35m at 3c. Paying farm off and paying out debt. We will have 20-25m in cash after those two things are done.
Circa 3.4bn SOI at 3c gives it a $100m MC.
Doing a 10 for 1 consolidation so we will have 340m SOI trading at 30c. Very much looking like a CMM style result. Not quite the team but we have improved it a lot with recent appointments.
Major holders on aggregate raising their stake.
3Moz trading at A$34/oz is still far too low. This will give us the funds to push through to FID. Allows us to push out a good DFS and run through while gold sentiment improves in the background.
Destiny in our own hands finally. Should be able to push from here.
