I don't think there's a direct relationship between Market Cap and MRE as you suggest. 200Mt at 5Mt/yr is like 40 years of mining and they'd easily have that.
Maybe some funds can enter on the announcement, but don't be surprised if nothing happens with the share price and it's all factored in. As someone else here said, particularly with lithium miners, sometimes the MRE announcement does nothing for the share price. Very hard to tell.
