While it is reasonable to be concerned about China breaching Brainchip’s Intellectual Property rights on this occasion it is Intel that needs to look closely at Darwin3 as it is based upon Leaky Integrate and Fire neurons.
Brainchip AKIDA technology is following an entirely different technology pathway.

Having done so it is obvious that Darwin3 is at least five years behind AKIDA 2.0 because they provide performance comparisons with all the major players (excluding AKIDA) and just manage to tweak a win.
As all these comparison neuromorphic chips are at least five years behind Darwin3 is logically standing with them watching AKIDA 2.0 disappear over the horizon.
My opinion only DYOR and when you do you will come to the same conclusion.
