Ann: DRX: MLM takeover offer - Extension of Offer Period, page-3

As you have probably worked out MalcolmD is Graham Dow (no secret), but I amazed at the gall of DRX in this hostile takeover bid. If their attempt at a takeover is any indication of how they run their company, then god help us all. It's absolutely pathetic (in my opinion). Just look at the below and expect any reader to be inspired by such a statement

Diatreme Resources Limited (ASX: DRX) (Diatreme or the Company) refers to its off-market takeover offer for all of
the ordinary shares in Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX: MLM) (Metallica) contained in a bidder’s statement dated 28
March 2024, as varied by notices dated 17 May 2024 and 24 May 2024, and as supplemented by the first
supplementary bidder’s statement dated 10 April 2024, second supplementary bidder’s statement dated 17 April
2024 and third supplementary bidder’s statement dated 8 May 2024 (together the Bidder’s Statement) (the Offer).

I've spent the last couple of weeks responding to offers of support for the Action Group and some of the emails have almost made be cry. They are absolutely appalled at the prospect of DRX taking over Metallica. Most of the shareholders of Metallica are Mum and Dad investors, many of whom have invested in Metallica though their SMSF's, many of whom have been with Metallica since 2005 and finally they see the current board of Directors bring a project to fruition.

Shame on the two major shareholders. They have no social conscience, it's simply greed, business and distain for small person.
