Options would disappear once the expiry date is reached unless exercised - by paying 45 cents for each imuod to convert them to ordinary shares.
it is only worth converting only if SP comes close to 45 cents. Best if the SP is much higher - otherwise you can simply buy from the market.
Converting options is one way for the company to raise money. Hence it is a good idea to covert if the SP is close to 45. But as it's, that's a long way to go. Still, I can't see any point in selling my 100k of imuods since the SP is low. Might help to create a tax loss if you have made money with shares in other ways.
