If SC6 follows the recent significant drop in spot carb, then SC6 has every chance of going back under $1k/t.
This happening at the same time as LTR starts production would place huge pressure on the company. LTR trades at a ~20% premium to low cost producers like SGML and I think this premium is highly questionable (depending on whatever cost guidance LTR provides the market when they eventually release a BCFM).
I highly doubt there will be any margin for LTR if SC6 ends up back in fhe ~$900/t range.
