I have always said that RSL still owns the majority of the Machinga project and if I recall, I've even referred to the GBE shareholders as tyre-kickers at present, because they cannot afford it with their current cash position. The shareholders of GBE were coming on RSL threads and spruiking the fact that they 'owned' 80% of RSL, which they don't at present, they still spruik that story over on GBE but they appear to be deluded with those thoughts. It was only announced last week that they finally managed to cross the first 20% hurdle. So much for them owning 80% hey?
