It's not, that's why the market is so often irrational. Emotions get in the way of logical decision making.
If the company was rallying hard for zero fundamental reason (GME would be a great example) that's a bit different, but DRO has a clear fundamental basis for the rerate we've been observing. The company is improving rapidly, so it's only natural that the share price will as well. As long as things keep going well on the company side, the share price will take care of itself
