The downward slide of the share price continues while management seem to have their heads buried in the sand while reports are sent out that are full of rhetoric. They are always considering and evaluating and negotiating with faceless / nameless interested parties, this has all been going on for years. Then suddenly one of the so called parties to negotiations is gone Henan Jinqu because the board decided
"Allowing the three month time period of the LOI to lapse will facilitate discussions with several other companies interested in a development partnership for the City mining area, and other areas, to be advanced. It is anticipated that a stronger partner, both in mining skills and international dealings, will help ensure the initial re commissioning of the City Mining area in a time efficient manner." Report 17/08/10.
So where are these stronger partners? It would seem they are not willing to show there faces.
Its all becoming a circus with no ring master. Management really need a shake up or out, it would appear they really do not know what they are doing, in my opinion what ever they are doing the retail shareholders are not seeing any benefit.
