Vitamin D as D3 about 5,000iu along with K2 as MK7 100 - 200mcg with food. Tell your doctor to check your vit D levels at your next blood test so you can judge what you need to take. Mine worked out to be 5,000iu daily in the winter and 2,500iu in the summer to be in the normal range. 800 - 1,100iu daily is from flawed studies but doctors still quote it.
Ivermectin[without food] to remove the spike proteins from your blood and also to help protect against any virus and cancer. Dose by body weight but 12mg is average and it's still safe in higher doses. India on line.
