"imminent" implies very soon, days, perhaps a couple of weeks. I think VMS management will want the resource upgrade out in the pubic domain ASAP especially with the continuing increases in Tin prices - releasing the upgrade will also help underpin the SP post SPP.
Exciting times, not not left to accumulate at these prices before a major re-rating - In my opinion
