Yes munchy360 you are most likely correct. The JV deal is a $81M transaction, however some of this money goes directly into the PFS. From what I gather out of this presentation slide, the deal is $28M going towards Hawsons studies, while $53M is cash to CAP.

From what's left, we still have $20M to be deposited for the PFS, and CAP will receive another $48M on top of what they have already been payed. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
