It's not these guys I am worried about as far as the ramp up is concerned.
Site Security would be the biggest.
subsequent fall out from any issues.
It can be a constant battle. Delays and red tape safety.
additional man power over there to get the job done.
I am sure it won't be a straight line to success. Just look at the other majors and their issues.
