That's incredibly optimistic. It looks like you're just plucking this 25-30% figure out of your imagination. They've spent many years without appreciably increasing the production rate, then they make some progress in being able to sustain continuous production (which sure, is great, the first tangible demonstration of progress in quite a few years), but what makes you think that's going to allow them to suddenly go up multiples in production rate within a few weeks after years of failing?
Sure, they'll hopefully have sorted out some bugs by now to allow continuous production with minimal downtime, and that's great, but why do you think they will suddenly have this huge quantum leap in production rate? Those filter cloths are still going to need routine maintenance, and the cooling system (hopefully!) not breaking down again just means less down time, not increased production rate. Where is this massive increase in production rate coming from in such a short time?
