I dont think you know what u are talking about. Contracts can be drafted, offered, agreed informally or verbally, contingencies negotiated, with final numbers a keystroke ammendment making it a fully executed agreement with a penstroke signature. Nina has said, offers were 'on her table' and this could include one or two for USA rights. Its very easy to tweak the final payment amount, in person in sandiego, whilst all other details remain a constant.
