The incumbent govt does not appear to be getting a clear majority but they will be forming the government. Looks like there is some uncertainity in the markets if the current PM will continue which might be the reason for the pull back.. its more like wait and watch. Once the air is clear and if current PM continues his tenure, it might go back up by that much pretty quick.
