Sundy will mutually walk. The deal is done. It's dead regardless as no one will vote for it for obvious reasons. Its up to a shareholders vote, not them. The money is done at a higher price with American and Aussie high net worths and funds. They had already had one extension. I am glad they were there when the company needed them, but times have moved on. Its super cheap, they can always buy in the market. Maybe they are or will for all i know. Nobody will vote for the Sundy deal and they would know that. This is about hitting the ground running and turning on Paulsens this year. It's all about production on two fronts. BC8 is officially a funded growth stock imo. dyor.
