the drilling company taking an equity position indicates a reasonable level of confidence in the drill targets why risk a guaranteed payment for services when a series of dusters will leave you significantly out of pocket. If TY is a duster then its game over for DRE we will easily be sub 1c with little hope of recovery. But thats exploration for you never risk what you cant afford to loose.
