I acknowledge the regional/jurisdictional risk you point out.
I would also point out that JQ and his PRU team seem to be masters of working with the local community, gaining buy-in at a regional level and attaining substantial support at a governmental level.
I agree that there will be bumps along the road, but I think the PRU management team have a proven track record of delivering mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
Exciting times ahead.
