TBH I am on quite the emotional rollercoaster with this stuff. I go from dreams of retiring at 50 to crying in my Katsudon at lunch
I just can't shake this feeling that the responses from JP and the contract itself are not compelling - they still leave me nervous but I am a very anxious person and its precisely the reason I stopped practising - I could not stop seeing risks/problems and how to plan ahead to solve them before they materialise. Not an inherently bad skill but when it seeps into your non-work life, its time to down tools.
I am fundamentally super, super boyant on the potential of the pipeline and think we have a once in a generation drug, kind of like an ivermectin,in that its safe and has a multitude of uses.
For what it's worth, I really, really hope I am wrong too.
