Yes, he was very careful not to recommend for or against it. Don't you find that strange? Almost all purchase offers come with a BOD recommendation. It's almost like he has some form of conflict of interest... Tell me, does JK have any links to KG? Used them before? Anything like that?
It sounds like you're asking for proof that i'm a shareholder. Again. I've repeatedly proven it. So I'll give you this... the line before your screenshot is "may not be announced during 2024." If that isn't good enough for you... well, too bad.
