IO linked to China usage. I've been hearing lots of reports that the true housing over capacity there could cover up to 2-3x the population. No need to build any more apartments there.
Also, China has been investing heavily into African IO mines... are these coming on board and therefore the drop.
Thirdly, could an invasion of Taiwan be getting closer? That might explain the move in commodity prices and oil weakness. Gold and silver moves not so much unless China would be sanctioned for any such move. (Why the recent dumping of US treasuries and quick expansion of SWIFT - didn't Russia dump similarly before invasion of Ukraine - August prior?).
