Re-investing the cash wisely would, to me, include using profit to pay down the bank loan facility, such that they build some strike power for opportunistic acquisitions. Yet despite a substantial operating profit, they are both spending all this profit and also drawing further on the bank loan without anything material to show for it as far as I can see.
