read the annoucment properly and dont make a MISLEADING HEADING! sells out implies he sold all his stock he did not. sold down but not out.
see the comment for ian's reason for change too ,
ian sold partly to converted options , $0.038c options when a lot of us have $0.015c options
which i expect much more to follow suit with the cheap options to be converted or start showing up in new 3b's
a lot of the option holders will be likely sell the heads as few as possible to convert their options
