Honestly, I suspect you don't understand options at all.
You keep saying that "Once Options are in the Money.....THEY WILL BE CONVERTED !!!! ". The options were int he money for most of this year and part of last year yet none were exercised. Please explain?
You seem to not understand that options can't be converted. They have to be exercised and you don't seem to understand the tax implications. Please explain why somebody would exercise the option and reset their CGT position before selling?
If another company steps in for a takeover then the options still wouldn't be "converted" nor "exercised". In a takeover situation the acquirer buys both as they stand.
Please, if you want to peddle stories and question my knowledge then start with answering basic questions.
