Maybe in like 15 years this company will up and running. For now, 70cents looks more likely than $1.7 let alone back to the all time highs.
The issue is rare earth is availabe in abundance and for cheap. For our business to work, either rare eath has to get more expensive (like back in 2021) or spot being so available (like sanctions) at the moment neither is here hence the slow sinking ship.
