I've been thinking a bit about something that a few of us have now touched on.... how good it would be to see the new NEDs buying some shares on market??
Here's a few completely speculative reasons for why they might not be doing so... purely my musings....
A. They can't afford it? This is entirely unlikely... DYOR... I reckon they could throw a few bucks at it quite comfortably.
B. They don't have sufficient confidence in the company?? Again, unlikely.... I highly doubt that these guys would risk their reputation by accepting to join the board of a company that they think has poor prospects of success.
C. A self imposed unofficial blackout??? Is there a sufficient amount of good news very close to dropping that they don't want to risk buying on market right before a substantial re-rate of the SP???
Has anyone got other suggestions?? Right now option C seems quite plausible to me.... IMO DYOR and not advice.
