IF they tried…… they won’t simply because they have learnt their lesson with the land grab and subsequent ICC cases made against them which they are currently reversing and compensating for, they would end up in the ICC which takes years and nothing and nobody would or could do anything until the case was sorted.
They want income asap and the ONLY way they get their fair share is by signing the Ppsa.
