Trust me, I have enough cash reserved to buy $hit loads at 2 cents if I wanted to! But in my book there are 4 issues that I don't see any value in investing in CCO.
1) high numbers of outstanding shares
2) a large amount of liabilities
3) massive expenses each quarter
4) number of capital raisings which occur every quarter
unless management can rectify these issues, large investors would not even look at cco.
