Needless to say 'EVERYONES morale is down so the haters are having a field day. I've been tempted to buy recently but held off as my 400,000 odd shares are not looking good right now. We keep hearing PFS and environmental studies (have been for years) yet nothing has been released.
We are at least 6 months late reporting on 2023 drilling.
We have seen zero announcements advancing the campaign. A new chair who we have heard nothing from, Nebari's extension which is not looking good at all, a US listing announcement which has led us to this as the BOD did not have the kahoonas to set a price early on and back their project instead used contradictory statements about the price they will list (discount of previous days asx sp vs negotiated sp first IPO).
Chris and co have been talking about rich families, huge interest from institutions blah blah blah in the US, so why didn't they back themselves and announce a premium to the asx sp, had they done that we wouldn't have been in the situation we are in. It really doesn't take a genius to figure that out so it's clear we need fresh minds on the board as the status quo has failed us for years and it's getting worse.
I don't care what many if the haters above have posted as we know they hate the project and constantly talk it down but how about listening to shareholders or better yet, keep us updated on developments. There is no way in hell I would believe we don't have news to release and holding back on news breaks ASX rules. Tell us does listing in the US supersede ASX rules? if so that would be good to know! I know Craig @NovaMInerals2 will come to us after an announcement and say they have been working round the clock to get the job done but it will be too late if no investors on the asx are left.
Our saving grace is listing at a premium and getting whatever small amount we can. This will help us achieve our goal of dual listing and fast tracks us as an American company asking for grants.
Secondly, news flow needs to significantly be ramped up (won't take much from its current base), surely we have many announcements in the pipeline!
Thirdly, Louie is meant to be a mover and shaker in the finance world and Chris claims to have wealthy investors onside, have them pay up. We all bought significantly higher than today's sp because we believed. Chris, Louie and Craig bought 100,000 shares at 70c! Why shouldn't US investors be paying 70c Aussie? Nebari will not touch nva again or believe this board unless there is a significant shift and their deadline is fast approaching.
I really don't want to heard after the fact that we couldn't say anything and have been working hard! Too late, look what your working hard has done to your Aussie investors
