The reason BOE hasn't recovered as would have been expected is that the short sellers are beating up the stock big time. They currently are exposed for 20m shares and they had called it wrong which ment they were out about $8m so now they are trying like hell to force the stock down. On the 4 Jun they sold 1.2m shares in a attempt to force it lower because other wise the shares would have started to recover. The smart money would buy now as the short sellers will have to start buying back and getting their hands on 20m shares this is going to effect the price in a upward direction. Its worth noting that on the 21 May they were buying shares, not a lot but 57,000.
I could say more but I won't bore you. Don't have shorted numbers for yesterday yet
