Everyone saw it coming. I don't know why the company didn't scale back the instos and for once reward shareholders by offering them a bigger piece of the pie at discounted prices.

But seriously, if everyone takes up the offers, CQT will raise $23.5Mill. Is it going to be first in best dressed or will they scale it back to $1000 (a whopping 2083 shares at a discount) for each holder. They should really clarify whats going to happen in the even that the SPP is heavily over subscribed.

I want my $15K as do many others. Its hardly worth wasting my time for 2083 shares.
