russia is four times the size of Ukraine ......finding troops should be a breeze for them ........yet ......

1. russia had to free prisoners to get troops
2. putin then advertised globally and employed people from dozens of countries to fight for russia for money - some of them said they were tricked !
3. russia is conscripting from 18 .....Ukraine from 25 ...putin takes them young (and old too )
4.then when it was still tricky to find troops to replacer russias horrendous losses putin gave financial incentives

but putin STILL hasn't recruited heavily from the 2 big cities ......he has learnt from previous Tsars before him ......you CAN push the people too far !
so putin is between arock and a hard place .....I think he's looking to Africa now for troops as well as central asia .

.....and putin needs some success beyond the small gains he obtained during the Ukrainian shell shortage ......so he started the Kharkiv offensive ......which bogged down a few km from the border

this is a war of attrition .....russian losses of both of men and eqipment are unsustainable and western support for Ukraine is still strong ......putin is heading towards a loss unless something changes .....and unlike his HC cheerleaders here .....HE knows it !!
