Maybe they shouldn't be arguing over staffs annual leave calculations(already used)and move on.It all seems too coincidental.

A unhappy workforce,becomes an unhelpful workforce,makes an unproductive site and can DESTROY any business,through minor acts of forgetfulness and frustration,such as working slow,or inefficiently.The boss(and us shareholders) may be paying,for the poor handling of this issue,until it is settled amicably. I've seen a plant almost grind to a halt,as a result of only allowing one person off instead of two at a time(no arguement about pay or leave due).Apparently some here may have been told they have already used their leave they believe is due,i believe.Then its a long road to getting that goodwill back.

That goodwill had us with record production.

I hope they get their act together soon.Instead of congratulating themselves(board)they should be taking a hard look at what may appear to be the consequences of their actions?

Why isn't the highgrade ore coming out of the ground and being crushed at atleast the same as a year ago.

and to say the next three months IS GOING TO BE WORSE-reading betwen the lines.
low grade ore price fluctuates around 5% on a weekly basis versus 1% on highgrde.
would hate to see a quarterly loss with highgrade ore still fetching $130/ton and nearly none to sell.
