The Jones/Glennon camp seemed to think they could ride in to town without undergoing any scrutiny whatsoever from shareholders. A half baked plan filled with motherhood statements didn't cut it. 'oh we'll find a new CEO and get more advisers'
As @pedrinomessina says above there was a woeful lack of support from ordinary shareholders outside their inner circle.
What a shameful waste of time and money.
