You were unable to give this a thumbs up whilst I was unsuccessful in my attempt to thumb down such nonsense.

I would ask this of both you and dojer:

Why invest in a company when you believe management are untrustworthy and deceitful?

To suggest this offer is a veiled attempt to raise capital is misleading dojer:

The grand total of $67k would hardly cover the transaction of this offer and the 1.5m received on conversion in Dec 2011 I highly doubt will be required either.

It's not hard to see when reading through their annual report that they do not require any cash, hence this gift offer, imo being offered to ANY and ALL s/holders who wish to participate before the record date is set.

As a s/holder it is your given right to vote no for the opportunity for ALL s/holders to be rewarded but I can only hope the unloyal supporters of this coy don't hold much voting power.
