Whilst it's always good to receive different perspectives, if the royalty was considered straight 'profit' at a PE of 10 then that equates to a MC of $100M.
Tax-selling is usually tax-loss selling in June to offset other gains and reduce your tax.
Given the share price has doubled in a short-time, I wouldn't imagine anybody is carrying a loss - at least over the medium term.
And if you were to cash-in a profit, you'd surely do it in July and defer the tax for 12 months.
They identified 90 odd targets in NSW and/but/yet are targeting Mabel Creek whilst we wait for the 12 Assays and the DHEM.
