I wonder if it's worth any connected folk out there contacting the company directly and asking if they have a strategy for dealing with such shenannigans?

Another company I own has a weak SP currently compared to fundamentals (most agree), but recently during a webinar, the MD was very clear and forthright about their management being prepared, and having certain things in place to fend off a lowball offer at a moment of weakness. I wonder if JP and co have similar mechanisms and plans in place?
