If you go back to the Triangle report they built a bottom up number of the potential sales of bisantrene using the most conservative estimates they could justify. At the end of the whole process they then applied a 50% haircut to their final numbers "just because". There is no real valid reason to do this, but it does make the potential market look a little smaller.

I wouldn't waste too much time worrying about the market potential - it is absolutely massive however you look at it. The much more important question is what is the market implicilty saying is the market potential based on the RAC SP and if this is correct or not.
