Hi kirs, there is - it's with the MME (Namibian Ministry of Mines and Energy) currently to approve a seismic licence to WDS. Then the ball is in WDS's court as the 180 days will commence. Not that it is relevant as they should (unless incompetent) already have rig contracts (or options) arranged. This aspect will indicate WDS's competence vs other majors in the Orange Basin. If they wish to properly compete globally and emerge as a 'player', sitting idle on PEL 87 well into 2025 whilst others proceed would look plain stupid. Surely Meg is smarter than that.
