I applaud the RBA - a tough and good decision. Should have raised last month but the RBA seems to be full of suprises in recent times!

Good for those that have deposits in the bank.

Bad for the over leveraged homes.

Housing market should continue to soften but the RBA has built itself up loads of ammunition in case the market softens in future...
