No that’s incorrect and misinformation. The CIS report documents the flaws in the CSIRO GenCost report. It has nothing to do with the starting point, that’s a fallacy you’ve created in your inability to argue in favour of the CSIRO outfitting the report by removing known cost pre-2030 to better suit the policy viewpoint.
