Trump had no actual policy platform rather a catch phrase and only passed one core law that gave the top 1% a tax cut. His real intent is not to help his MAGA base and this was shown during his commitment to play 340 rounds of golf and his COVID response.

Biden has passed more legislation than any President since FJB that has had the underlying intent to help the MAGA base. The Inflation Reduction Act gave them affordable medicine and the Infrastructure Act gave them 800,000 blue collar jobs.
