That's right, Livetiles still remains a company,we still own shares in the company, but as shareholders we are not getting anything from the asset sale to Omnia and the company has less assets than before the sale.
Soon we will be holding shares in an empty shell of a company called livetiles and then it will be wound up and cease to be....
