I saw a small tent city last week in town (about 25 to 30 or so tents).
I also observed, empty casks, pics, wine bottles smashed, rubbish fire, council bins and portable toilets provided.
2 hot meals a day delivered by volunteers (bless them Saint Vincent De Paul). It's not much but you cannot house these people in a 1 bedroom unit complex!
Just as bad as when a prisoner is out on bail for serious crimes you wouldn't want them sharing your bus nippy!
